Frequently asked questions about websites, automation and AI‑solutions
Here we've gathered answers to the main questions about building websites, online stores, web applications, automation, chatbots and AI agents. If you haven't found what you need, contact Meliorix Systems — we'll look into your task and suggest a suitable way to implement it.
01About the company and how we work
Meliorix Systems builds websites, online stores, web applications, SaaS products, chatbots, AI agents and automation systems for businesses. We can deliver a standalone digital product or a connected system: from the website and receiving a request to payment, CRM, calendar, notifications and data tracking.
We work with small and medium-sized businesses, independent professionals, experts, service companies, online stores and online projects. The solution is chosen to fit the specific client's processes, goals and budget, not a single industry.
Yes. Meliorix Systems works with clients from Poland, Ukraine, Europe and other countries around the world. Discussion, approvals, development, testing and launch can all take place remotely.
We can build a digital product in practically any language. If the client provides ready texts and translations, we place them in the agreed structure regardless of the language.
Yes. A website can have several full language versions with separate URLs, menus, metadata and content. The number of languages and how to switch between them are decided at the design stage.
Not necessarily. We can help with the structure and with preparing texts in the agreed language. For languages our team doesn't work with directly, the client provides a ready translation or engages a professional translator.
Meliorix Systems' standard working hours are 10:00 to 17:00 Polish time. If needed, we can arrange a separate call outside standard hours, taking the client's time zone and schedule into account.
Meetings are held online at a time agreed in advance. At the first meeting we discuss the task, the audience, the functionality required, integrations, an approximate timeline and the format of further work.
02Website development
We build landing pages, corporate and multi-page websites, websites for professionals, online stores, catalogues, education platforms, client portals and custom web systems.
We run the project end to end: from task analysis, structure and UX design to development, service setup, integrations, optimisation, testing and launch. If needed, you can also order a single stage of the work.
Yes. We'll help define the functionality, think through the structure and the user journey, and then put together a clear technical specification.
The technology is chosen for the task. Tilda works for some projects, while complex logic, custom integrations, client portals and bespoke systems are built on a suitable technology stack.
It depends on the features and development plans. Tilda can suit a landing page, a presentation website or a relatively simple store. If the project needs complex user roles, non-standard logic, large volumes of data or a special architecture, we'll propose custom development.
Yes. We build stores with a catalogue, cart, online payments, notifications, order tracking and automatic delivery of digital products. The exact set of features is defined around the client's business process.
Yes. The interface adapts to the main screen sizes. Before launch we check how pages, forms, buttons and key user flows display on different devices.
Yes. The website can grow: new pages, language versions, a client portal, payments, a blog, CRM, analytics, integrations and automation. The growth options depend on the platform and architecture chosen at the start.
Yes, after a preliminary technical audit. We assess the platform, the code, access, documentation and the current state of the project, and then tell you whether we can safely continue development.
Not necessarily. We help shape the structure, offers, messaging and copy, or refine your materials within the agreed scope of work. For rare languages, the client provides a verified translation.
It's preparing the site's structure, content and data so that AI search engines and language models can understand your business, services and expertise more precisely. It includes a clear page structure, direct answers to users' questions, structured data and technical accessibility of the content. This optimisation makes the site clearer and more accessible to search and AI systems, but it doesn't guarantee a specific position or recommendation.
03Business automation
You can automate requests, client bookings, payments, notifications, passing data to a CRM, working with spreadsheets, generating documents, delivering digital products, internal record-keeping and reporting.
We integrate websites and applications with CRMs, calendars, spreadsheets, databases, payment systems, messengers, email services and other platforms, as long as they offer a suitable API, webhooks or ready-made integration tools.
Yes. For example, a client can see the available times, pick a suitable slot and book, after which the event automatically appears in the specialist's calendar.
Yes. Form data can be passed automatically to the business owner or staff in the chosen system, and used in the follow-up steps of handling the request.
Yes. The system can show available times, create an entry in the calendar, send the client a confirmation and remind them of the upcoming meeting.
Yes. Once payment is confirmed, the system can register the order, identify the purchased product, send the client an email or link, record the data in a database and notify the business owner.
Yes. Make can be used to build automated scenarios between websites, payment systems, CRMs, databases, calendars, messengers and other services.
Yes. We can design a single process in which data flows between all the services you need without constant manual copying.
04AI agents and chatbots
An AI agent is a system that understands natural-language requests, uses a given knowledge base and can perform permitted actions: handle inquiries, find information, create materials or pass data between services.
A regular bot usually works with buttons and predefined scenarios. An AI agent can take the context of a request into account and choose a suitable answer or action within the rules set for it.
It can answer typical questions, qualify inquiries, help staff find information, collect data, prepare document drafts and trigger connected business processes.
Yes. The knowledge base can include instructions, service descriptions, procedures, documents and other verified materials. The set of sources, access rights and usage rules are defined separately.
Depending on the task, the solution can run on the website, in Telegram, WhatsApp or in the company's internal system.
Yes, if the systems involved technically allow a secure integration. The agent can receive the data it needs or pass results to connected services within the permitted scenarios.
Not for every task. AI is especially useful for repetitive operations, first-line handling of inquiries and finding information. Non-standard situations, critical decisions and sensitive operations are best left under human control.
05Web applications and custom development
Yes. We build web applications, client portals, admin panels, internal systems, record-keeping tools and other solutions for specific business processes.
Yes. We can help design and build a SaaS product with the user roles, client accounts, subscriptions, payments and admin area it needs.
Yes. We'll help define the minimum set of features needed to launch, test demand and get feedback without prematurely building every possible feature.
Yes. The portal and admin panel features are designed around user roles, data types and real workflows.
Yes, if a technical audit shows that the existing system can be safely maintained and developed. Before work begins we'll need access, documentation and, where necessary, the source code.
06Cost, timelines and payment
The cost depends on the scope, design, business logic, number of pages and integrations. After an initial discussion we define the scope of work and prepare a preliminary estimate.
Yes. For an initial estimate, briefly describe the task, the features you want, the materials you have and the intended timeline. The exact cost is fixed once the scope of work is agreed.
The timeline depends on the type of project, the complexity of the features and the number of approval rounds. A simple landing page can usually go live in 7–14 days; multi-page websites, stores and web applications are estimated individually. A preliminary schedule is drawn up after discussing the task, and stages and milestones are agreed before work starts.
Yes. For larger projects, the work and payment can be split into agreed stages. The terms are set out in the contract or commercial proposal.
We can issue an invoice from a business registered in Poland. Payment is made by bank transfer. If that's inconvenient, a secure Stripe payment link can be used.
The currency is agreed before work starts and stated in the contract, proposal or invoice. Whether a specific currency is possible depends on the chosen payment method.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the domain, hosting, paid platform plans, fees and third-party services are paid for separately. Before development starts, we tell you which additional costs may be needed.
We assess their impact on scope, cost and timeline. New features are carried out after agreement with the client and are never added to the project without their knowledge.
07Support, access and security
Yes. Depending on the project, you can order technical support, content updates, monitoring of integrations and further development of functionality.
Once the contract terms are fulfilled and payment is made in full, the rights, materials and access are transferred to the extent set out in the contract.
Yes. We recommend registering the main accounts in the client's name and giving the development team only the permissions it needs. When the project is complete, the client receives the agreed access and instructions.
Where possible, the domain, hosting, payment systems and key services are registered directly in the client's name. This keeps the client in control of the project and simplifies further management.
Security measures are chosen based on the project's architecture and the type of data. They can include a secure connection, separation of access rights, secure storage of keys and control over connected services.
We can implement the necessary technical elements: consent forms, cookie management, links to legal documents and correct analytics setup. Legal texts and the final assessment of legal compliance should be prepared or reviewed by a qualified specialist.
Let us know, describe the situation and, if possible, attach a screenshot or video. We'll check whether the problem relates to the work we did, a third-party service or a new situation, and propose next steps.
