About Meliorix Systems
We build websites, web applications and automation that help businesses attract, process and convert customers. The company was founded in 2026 in Poland — built on experience in marketing and business digitalisation since 2012.
What we do

In marketing since 2012
My name is Olena Trofimenko, and I've worked in marketing since 2012. Over these years I've been through the whole journey my clients go through: I ran ads, built full-cycle marketing, developed strategies and produced online courses.
Gradually, business digitalisation became the core of my work: websites and landing pages, chatbots, end-to-end analytics that shows which channel actually brings in money. That experience is what I built Meliorix Systems on. For me a website isn't a standalone task but part of a system where advertising, leads and analytics work together.
Besides the agency, I'm a co-owner of a rehabilitation centre in Warsaw. I'm responsible for revenue, the team and the flow of clients myself, so I approach every project as a business owner: numbers and processes first, design after.
